Overview

American Schrader, a busy entrepreneur and interior designer, faced a challenge managing her side business, a lash studio. With a full-time job in interior design, coordinating lash appointments was becoming increasingly difficult. She needed a solution that would simplify her scheduling process while reflecting her stylish brand.

My Role

As the UX designer, I led the project from start to finish, transforming American Schrader's scheduling challenges into a sleek, functional website.

The result was a 30% increase ⬆️ in bookings and a significant reduction in scheduling conflicts, setting her lash studio up for success with a professional online presence.

Streamlined appointment booking process

To address American Schrader’s time management challenges, I designed an easy-to-use booking system that allows clients to schedule appointments directly on the website.

Services List and Price Showcase

To help clients make informed decisions, the website prominently displays a detailed list of services and pricing. This transparency enhances the user experience by setting clear expectations, reducing inquiry volume, and enabling clients to book the exact service they need without hesitation.

Stylish Brand Alignment

Reflecting American’s expertise and brand identity, the website was designed to be chic and visually cohesive with her brand.
